limit? Has stress, anxiety, and fear started creeping in?
Sometimes we need to learn to relax! In this workshop
participants will engage in various activities that will
increase self care as an effective tool to manage stress.
This workshop will teach participants the "weary" relaxation
methods that can be used anywhere any time to get back
on track, so when it is time to relax, they will do just
that... RELAX! This workshop is conducted by Christine

There is a desperate need for all of us to be involved. Homelessness can happen to anyone, most people are only a paycheck away from loosing their homes. Get involved today by registering and help with a worthy cause.
